Today, we said goodbye to a very special member of our family - our beloved clinic cat, Patrick.

Patrick wasn’t just a cat; he was a constant presence in the clinic, always ready to greet clients down at reception, supervise the carpark from the sunny windowsill upstairs, or curl up on a chair during a quiet moment.

His gentle nature and quirky personality brought joy to our team and to the many students who came to know and love him over the years.

Very recently, Patrick became suddenly unwell, and despite our best efforts and the love surrounding him, we had to make the difficult decision to let him go peacefully.

He spent his final weeks next to the heater in a home with a garden and loving family who doted on him.

We know so many of you loved him too, and we thank you for the kindness and affection you showed him over the years. He will be deeply missed by all of us.

Rest in peace, sweet Patrick. From your snuffly nose to the white tip on your tail, we love you 🐾💙

This August we are offering discounted dental cleaning for both dogs and cats - now just $470 (normally $590-$690). This includes the anaesthetic, fluids, scale, polish, and hospital day stay with us. It does not include any bloodwork, radiographs, extractions or medications that may be required.

Dental disease is one of the most common health issues in domestic pets and can lead to serious issues if left untreated.

We have limited spaces available so please let us know ASAP if you would like to take advantage of this offer. You are also welcome to book in for a free dental check with one of our nurses if you are unsure whether this procedure is right for you.

This is Bobbi and Felix. Both were unfortunately dumped in their young age, have had all their vet work done, and are now looking for a forever home. They are probably one of the most purriest and affectionate litters we have had yet!

Felix is a black/white domestic shorthair, and Bobbi is a bit special as she is a tabby Manx kitten - these cats are born without a tail and instead have a bunny-like nub in it's place 🐰

Sushi has spent the week with us in hospital and we have grown quite attached. Whilst we are glad he is on the mend and going home, we will be sad to see his empty bed as we open up tomorrow. We would like to bid a bittersweet farewell to our current groomer Liv. Liv has been with us for several years now and will be moving onto new adventures. Whilst we will all miss Liv dearly, we are also excited to introduce our new groomer Tamika. Tamika brings years of experience with her and, whilst confident with all breeds, specialises particularly in 'oodles. Tamika will be doing Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays starting from March 19th. If you would like to book in please call us on 9651-1988 to reserve your spot.
